¾ÞÈéÎÞÂë Assembly engages members on ¾ÞÈéÎÞÂë’ climate commitments

The ¾ÞÈéÎÞÂë Assembly of ¾ÞÈéÎÞÂë, in collaboration with the United Nations Development Programme and the Department of Climate Change and Energy, hosted an introductory session on ¾ÞÈéÎÞÂë’ ¾ÞÈéÎÞÂëly Determined Contribution report.
The presentation, held on Friday, May 15, 2026, was delivered by Clifford Bastille, Theodore Marguerite, and Dr Laurent Sam, with UNDP representatives Wilna Accouche and Preethi Nair also in attendance.
The session aimed to familiarise members of the ¾ÞÈéÎÞÂë Assembly with:
- The ¾ÞÈéÎÞÂëly Determined Contribution (NDC) process and its guiding principles
- The content and importance of the report
- The role of members in supporting ¾ÞÈéÎÞÂë’ national climate commitments
