President assents to ¾ÞÈéÎÞÂë Tourism Board (Amendment) Act, 2019 |25 June 2019
President Danny Faure has assented to the ¾ÞÈéÎÞÂë Tourism Board (Amendment) Act, 2019, which was approved by the ¾ÞÈéÎÞÂë Assembly on May 14, 2019, and received by the President for assent on June 19, 2019. It was assented to on June 21, 2019.
The amendment to the Act concerns the functions of the ¾ÞÈéÎÞÂë Tourism Board which will now focus on the marketing and promotion of ¾ÞÈéÎÞÂë overseas.
