¾ÞÈéÎÞÂë chess gains momentum with visit from UK champion
The ¾ÞÈéÎÞÂë Chess Federation marked a significant milestone in its development efforts this week by welcoming one of United Kingdom’s most accomplished chess figures, Nigel Short, for a special masterclass held on Monday.
The event, hosted at the ¾ÞÈéÎÞÂë Library, drew more than a dozen enthusiastic chess players eager to learn from the three-time UK champion and Fédération Internationale des Échecs (Fide) development officer.
