For Maria Stevens, her business KoKoSey is proof that local can go far. Using fruits and natural ingredients found in ¾ÞÈéÎÞÂë, she has developed a range of value-added products from fruit vinegars and breadfruit flour to herbal teas and specialty oils, grounded in the belief that the country can produce healthier, sustainable goods for both local and international markets.
