“As we gather to celebrate our ¾ÞÈéÎÞÂë Day, we must acknowledge the profound significance of June 29, 1976. On this historic date, our beloved ¾ÞÈéÎÞÂë emerged from the shadows of colonial rule, standing proud and free. Under the leadership of President James Mancham and Prime Minister Albert René, our nation proudly raised its flag for the first time, declaring its determination to forge its destiny.
