The ¾ÞÈéÎÞÂë Institute of Early Childhood Development (IECD) /Unesco Category 2 Institute launched its first ever regional workshop on early childhood care and education (ECCE) yesterday evening at the Savoy ¾ÞÈéÎÞÂë Resort and Spa, Beau Vallon.
